A few details up front help us quote accurately and bring the right tire the first time:
- Truck type: semi, tractor-trailer, box truck, fleet unit or passenger vehicle.
- Tire size and position: read the size off the sidewall and tell us whether it’s a steer, drive or trailer tire.
- Location: the highway and direction of travel, the nearest exit or mile marker, or the yard, dock or warehouse address.
- Load status: whether you’re loaded or empty, and whether you’re up against a delivery deadline.
If you’re a dispatcher or fleet manager calling for a driver, include the unit number and a callback number for the driver so our technician can coordinate directly at the scene.
